Biography:
Danny Mars joins the T-Bones roster after playing with the Red Sox AA team, the Portland Sea Dogs in 2018. Mars was drafted in 2014 by the Boston Red Sox out of Chipola College after batting .380 in 166 at-bats with 35 RBI’s. Mars has spent his entire minor league career in the Red Sox farm system starting with the single A affiliate the Greenville Drive and the low A Lowell Spinners in 2014. Mars would then go on to play for the Red Sox rookie team in 2015 and the Red Sox fall team the Surprise Saguaros in 2016. Mars final stop was with the Portland Sea Dogs in 2017 and 2018 before being released by the Sea Dogs on March 29, 2019.
