ANIMALS & PETS
Seeing-eye dogs and/or assistance dogs are allowed into CommunityAmerica Ballpark. No other animals are permitted within 
T-Bones Stadium.

ATM
There are two CommunityAmerica Credit Union automated teller machines (ATMs). One is located on the third base side, next to Providence Health Fan Services. The other is on the first base side, next to the Monarch Grill.  

BABY/TODDLER TICKETS 
Children 2 years of age and under ("lap children") do not need a ticket to enter 
T-Bones Stadium. However, a ticket must be purchased if this child will be occupying a seat.

BALLPARK TOURS
Tours of 
T-Bones Stadium are available for groups. For more information contact the main office at (913) 328-5618.

BABY DIAPER CHANGING TABLES 
All bathrooms at 
T-Bones Stadium are equipped with baby diaper changing tables.

BANNERS/SIGNS 
Banners containing advertising are strictly prohibited within the ballpark without prior consent from T-Bones management. Fans can display a sign only if it is in good taste and does not pose as an inconvenience to other fans. Nothing may be hung over the field side railing where it may interfere with the game.

BEER SALES 
Beer may be purchased from the concession stands and kiosks along the concourse. Beer sales will end at the bottom of the seventh inning. Beer is on sale for adults age 21 and older with a proper ID.

BETWEEN INNING CONTESTS
Want to be the guy or gal in front of 6,000 screaming fans between innings? Stop by the T-Bones promotions table prior to the game and be a part of the fun. Contests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCEMENTS  
To request a birthday announcement, visit the Fan Services window prior to the middle of the fifth inning. A $5 donation to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum is required.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday party packages include 2 picnic tables with 12 tickets, 12 hot dogs, 12 sodas, 12 bags of chips, and tokens for the speed pitch for $185 ($25 for a delicious cake). Special appearance by a T-Bones player and Sizzle the Bull are included, as well as the Birthday Boy/Girl’s name on the message center and PA.

CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers is permitted at 
T-Bones Stadium, provided such use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the game.

CONCESSIONS AREA
Concession stands are located all along the concourse area and kiosks are located throughout the ballpark.

CREDIT CARDS
The T-Bones accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the ticket windows and MeatLocker. Selectconcession stands accept credit cards.

DONATIONS
For any donations requests please go to the "In the Community" tab on the home page and select Donation request. Simply fill out the request form and mail it in with a self addressed stamped envelope. We apologize in advance that all donation requests cannot be accommodated. Nearly all donation requests will be fulfilled with a voucher for four general admission tickets. Please e-mail [email protected]

ELEVATOR
CommunityAmerica Ballpark is equipped with one elevator for public use, located next to Providence Health Fan Services on the third-base side. The elevator provides access to the suite and press level. Suite and press level admittance is limited to suite holders, T-Bones staff members, concessions staff, media and press box staff. Proper identification is required to enter the elevator.

EXCHANGES
There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.

FAN BEHAVIOR  
Persons using obscene or abusive language, or engaging in any anti-social conduct offensive to those around them will be asked by T-Bones personnel to cease this misconduct or be subject to ejection from 
T-Bones Stadium.

FAN INTERFERENCE  
Fans are not allowed to interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are strictly prohibited by T-Bones' policy. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.

FAN MAIL 
Letters to T-Bones players and personnel should be addressed to that individual and sent to the Kansas City T-Bones address.

FAN SERVICES PRESENTED BY PROVIDENCE MEDICAL CENTER 
Providence Health Fan Services provides lost and found, first aid room, questions and answers, and T-Bones literature requests.

FIREWORKS 
Make sure you make it out to a Saturday night game and check out the incredible fireworks display after the game!

FIRST AID
Located within the Providence Health Fan services is the first aid area, staffed by trained medical personnel. In the event of an emergency, please contact a staff member or security personnel immediately and make your way to the first aid room.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Per American Association rules, fans are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into 
T-Bones Stadium, with the exception of one sealed 20 oz. or less bottle of water per person. This includes birthday cakes and any other food.

FOUL BALLS 
Fans may keep foul balls. However, fans must not enter the playing field to retrieve balls or otherwise interfere with balls in play. Stay alert for foul balls, bats or broken bat fragments wich could land in the seating area.

FRONT OFFICE 
The T-Bones main office is located near the front entrance (Gate A), right next to the Meat Locker. The office will be closed during games. With any questions, fans should call (913) 328-BALL or visit our website at

GAME DURATION
T-Bones games are typically around three hours long.

GAME TIMES
Most games at 
T-Bones Stadium start at 7:05 pm Monday-Saturday and 1:05 pm on Sundays. Special start times will be noted.

GATES OPEN 
The gates to 
T-Bones Stadium open one (1) hour prior to game time. For 1:05 games, this means 12:05 pm. For 7:05 games, this means 6:00 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy pre-game events and festivities. T-Bones Stadium amenities are available once the gates open.

GIFT CARDS 
The T-Bones introduced their Diamond Debit card for 2005, and it was a huge hit! Cards are available in any amount, and may be obtained by calling (913) 328-5618. These make a wonderful gift for the T-Bones fan in your life!

GIVEAWAY ITEMS 
Promotional items or "give-aways" are available on select game dates to fans with a valid, paid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a limit of one item per guest.

GROUP OUTINGS

LEVEL OF PLAY/AFFILIATION 
The T-Bones play in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball, which is an independent minor league. The teams and league are not affiliated with a major league organization. The level of play in the league is typically cited as somewhere between Class A and AA. Players range from those with no prior professional experience to major league veterans.

LOST AND FOUND
During games, items/articles turned in may be claimed at Providence Health Fan Services. To inquire about lost items after game days, please contact the Operations Department at (913) 328-5635. 

LOST/STOLEN TICKETS 
Please remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured at all times. You will be charged the face value of any lost or stolen tickets should they need to be replaced.

LOST CHILDREN/COMPANIONS  
The Kansas City T-Bones suggest that a parent or guardian place the ticket stub in their child’s pocket in order to assist staff in locating their parties. Kansas City, KS Police, security staff, ushers and management will help in locating a lost child or companion. All concerns should be directed to the Providence Health Fan Services window.

LUXURY SUITES 
Luxury suites include air conditioning, a wet bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and accomodation of 25 to 40 people. Suites may be rented on a per-game basis, for a series of games, and for the season. The T-Bones concessionaire will cater your luxury suite event, as suite rental does not include food and beverages. MERCHANDISE
The MeatLocker is located directly next to the main gate and is open 10am to 4pm Monday thru Friday as well as during games.

NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGERS 
If you are interested in singing during a home game, please send in a resume highlighting similar experiences along with an a capella version of the National Anthem on an audio cassette or CD (non-returnable). Mail all materials to the Kansas City T-Bones attention National Anthem.

OFFICIAL GAME
A game is considered official after four and a half innings of play or five full innings if the T-Bones are losing at the time of the delay.

PARKING 
Game parking is free of charge in the 
T-Bones Stadium parking lot, or in specified areas at the Legends, located across Village West Parkway. There is will be no parking available at Target or JC Penney for T-Bones fans this season. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. All season ticket holders receive a preferred parking pass book good for the entire season, which entitles them to a space in the main lot outside Gate A.

PHOTOGRAPHY 
Fans are welcome to bring cameras into 
T-Bones Stadium and may take pictures from their seats during the game. However, any resale of the photography for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. The team name, logos and player likenesses are all copyrighted material. Tripods are not permitted in the ballpark without a press credential.

PICNICS

T-Bones Stadium offers a picnic area with a tremendous view of the field. Call the main office at (913) 328-5618 for more information.

PRESS CREDENTIALS 
Press credentials may be obtained by members of the media who are affiliated with legitimate media outlets. Credentials may be revoked at any time. For a media credential, please e-mail

RADIO
All 100 T-Bones regular-season games, home and away, are broadcast live on http://mixlr.com/t-bones-baseball/. Join us for all the action!!

RADIOS AND TELEVISIONS 
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at 
T-Bones Stadium as long as they don't interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game. The T-Bones reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices. T-Bones games are broadcast on 1660A. 

RAIN-OUT PROCEDURES
If a game is postponed and it is not a regulation game (as defined under "Official Game"), ticket stubs may be redeemed at the T-Bones Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining regular-season game in any upcoming season (based upon availability).

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the main concourse along the first and third base sides as well as on the suite level. Family restrooms with diaper changing tables are located on the main concourse behind home plate, as well as on the third base side next to the Providence Health Fan Services office.

SCHEDULES 
The T-Bones schedule may be obtained on the Web by clicking on the Schedule tab or in hard-copy form at 
T-Bones Stadium and CommunityAmerica Credit Union locations.

SECURITY
Kansas City, Kansas police officers are present throughout 
T-Bones Stadium and parking lots before, during and after all games. The Providence Health Fan Services office is located on the third base side of T-Bones Stadium's concourse. If an officer is needed at any time during the game, please see a T-Bones representative at Fan Services or seek out a stadium usher.

SIZZLE THE BULL
Sizzle can be seen throughout the games and will often make special appearances at pre-game picnics and birthday parties. Sizzle also does many community appearances, for more information, contact Morgan Kolenda at [email protected]


SMOKING POLICY
There is no smoking allowed in the stands or around the concourse. Smoking is allowed outside the gates as well as the designated smoking area inside the gates which is from foul pole to foul pole unless otherwise noted.

STADIUM RE-ENTRY 
Fans can save their ticket stubs and re-enter the ballpark once they leave. However, a ticket stub MUST be retained. A designated staff member on gate security will stamp the fan's hand or ticket stub on their way out, and this stamp must be shown to re-enter through the gates. Fans are advised to keep their ticket stubs in the event they need to leave and return.

TAILGATING 
Tailgating is welcomed in the 
T-Bones Stadium parking lot, provided no spaces are used by the setup.  As well, spots are on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans with larger groups may also tailgate in the center field area, just outside the gates of the ballpark. This space may be rented for $250 by calling (913)328-5623 or e-mailing [email protected].

TICKETRETURN SYSTEM 
The T-Bones are excited about their TicketReturn system. Fans can order tickets online and are able to print their tickets out at home or office! As well, season ticket holders may exchange tickets or e-mail them to friends all with a click of a button. For more information, please visit

WILL CALL WINDOW 
This window is located just next to the main entrance (Gate A), and is where tickets either purchased or left by the club may be picked up. Will Call is available through the Box Office during regular business hours, or at the Will Call window next to Gate A two (2) hours prior to and during games on game days. Guests must have proper identification to pick up tickets.  

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS 
T-Bones fans who require wheelchair seating may call the Box Office for information on seating availability.
