How do I redeem vouchers?

Any voucher that is not a game ticket can be exchanged at the stadium box office located at Gate B (north side of the stadium) during normal business hours.

What happens if the game is rained out?

If a game is rained out, your ticket can be exchanged for any future T-Bones home game. The ticket can be exchanged at the stadium box office during normal business hours. The rain ticket must be present for the exchange to occur.

Where is Will Call Located?

Will Call is located at Gate B on the southwest corner of the stadium. Will Call is open two (2) hours before game time.

Where can I purchase T-Bones tickets?

At the stadium box office, or by calling our ticket line at 913-328-5618.

Can I bring food or beverages into the ballpark?

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the ballpark per American Association regulations.

Does a child need a ticket?

Children two (2) and under do not need a ticket and are considered a lap child. Anyone over the age of two (2) will be required to have a ticket to enter the ballpark.
