07/08/2003 11:08 AM - The T-Bones jumped to an early 1-0 lead with a run in the top of the first inning, but the Flyers responded quickly with two runs in the bottom of the second. The T-Bones scored a run on an error to tie the game at 2-2 in the top of the fourth, but the Flyers would put the T-Bones away for good in the bottom half of the inning. The Flyers scored three runs in the fourth on an RBI single from RF Erik Goerdt, a passed ball, and a sacrifice fly from SS Geoff McCallum. The T-Bones scored a run in the fifth to cut the lead to 5-3, but it was as close as they could get. Flyers starter Jeff Keppen picked up the win, allowing three runs (one earned) on eight hits, and striking out five in seven innings of work. Reliever Gabe DeHoyos allowed one hit in two innings to pick up his third save of the season.
