06/13/2005 12:36 PM - Monday night's match-up marks Joliet's first visit to CommunityAmerica Ballpark this season. The T-Bones split an earlier four-game set with the JackHammers, winning the opener and series final in Joliet, Ill. The JackHammers enter tonight's contest with a 12-11 record while the T-Bones lead the South Division with a 14-7 overall mark.

The T-Bones are fresh off a series win against the Lincoln Saltdogs. After a nine-game homestand, KC headed to Lincoln for a short weekend set and took two of three from their division foe, including a sixteen-inning affair where the T-Bones prevailed 6-5. The T-Bones now lead the second-place Saltdogs by two games in the South division.

Behind a complete game shutout by starter Nathan Kent, the JackHammers were able to take the rubber game, 6-0, and the series, two games to one in their weekend set against the Schaumburg Flyers. Joliet enters tonight's contest as winners of six of their last ten ballgames.

After the short three-game series against Joliet, the T-Bones embark on a seven-game road trip beginning June 17 in Winnipeg, so come enjoy the upcoming promotions. Monday is Ladies Night, presented by Winkler's Diamonds where gals get a dollar off ticket admission and great jewelry prizes are at stake. Tuesday night is Dollar Dog Night, where hot dogs are just a buck. Following Wednesday’s matinee game, fans can participate in the Post-Game Catch on the Field presented by Sonic.
