KANSAS CITY, Kan. – The Kansas City T-Bones announced today that First Round Draft Pick Patrick Mahomes, will make an appearance Thursday night July 20^th at CommunityAmerica Ballpark, when the T-Bones take on the Lincoln Saltdogs at 7:05pm.

The signal caller will appear during the T-Bones game joining fans for in game festivities and will sign free autographs for an hour during the game on the concourse courtesy of CommunityAmerica Credit Union.

Mahomes, was drafted with the 10^th overall pick in 2017 out of Texas Tech University where he set numerous passing records for the Red Raiders during his career as well as winning the Sammy Baugh Trophy as the top passer in the college ranks. He led the nation in yards per game and passing yards and total offense before forgoing his Senior season to enter the draft.

The former Red Raider is also no stranger to baseball having played in high school and for two years in college and was the 37^th round pick by the Detroit Tigers in the 2014 MLB Draft as right-handed pitcher. His father Pat Mahomes pitched professionally in the Big Leagues for parts of 11 seasons as well as finishing his career in the American Association at Sioux Falls in 2009.
