Single-game tickets on sale starting March 14

KANSAS CITY, Kan. – The Kansas City T-Bones announced that single-game tickets for the 2017 season go on sale next week.

Wyandotte County residents can begin purchasing tickets on Tuesday, March 14, while all fans can purchase tickets on Thursday, March 16, for all 2017 exhibition and regular-season games at CommunityAmerica Ballpark, including Opening Day on May 19 against Lincoln.

The 2017 schedule includes Independence Day and Labor Day games at home, with the T-Bones playing host to Sioux Falls on the Fourth of July and ending the regular season on Labor Day against St. Paul. That July 4 game against Sioux Falls is during one of two seven-game homestands for the T-Bones, their longest stretches at home in 2017. Besides July 3-9 against Sioux Falls and Sioux City, Kansas City plays host to Fargo-Moorhead and Sioux City during June 19-25. Kansas City has a stretch of 10 home games at the end of July, sandwiching the American Association All-Star break on July 24-25.

All 11 American Association opponents, including the league’s newest addition, the Cleburne (Texas) Railroaders, will visit CommunityAmerica Ballpark in 2017.

Monday-Saturday games will start at 7:05 p.m., and first pitch for Sunday games will be 1:05 p.m. The following are exceptions:

•    June 7 (Wednesday) — School Daycare Game/Camp Day — 11:05 a.m. start
•    Sept. 3 (Sunday before Labor Day) — 7:05 p.m. start
•    Sept. 4 (Labor Day) — 1:05 p.m. start
