Congratulations to first-base coach Frank White, who Friday delivered his first State of the County address as Jackson County Executive. Frank is a wonderful asset to the greater Kansas City community, his hometown, and we're proud that he's been not only a long-time supporter of the T-Bones but a member of our family since 2012.
