KANSAS CITY, Kan. — T-Bones vice-president and general manager Chris Browne announced Friday that Jeff Husted has been promoted to assistant general manager. In addition to his new role, Husted will continue to serve as the club’s senior director of corporate sales.

“Jeff is a veteran in the sports sales industry here locally,” Browne said. “He brings a positive approach and fresh energy to our staff and partners. We’re looking forward to his expanded role with our club.”

After four years with the Missouri Comets of the Major Arena Soccer League, Husted joined the T-Bones in early August 2014. Before starting with the Comets in 2010, Husted worked in sales and marketing for the Kansas City Chiefs Radio Network, 610 Sports Radio and the Royals Radio Network.

A die-hard sports fan and native of Littleton, Colo., Husted’s first sporting event after moving to Kansas City in 2006? A Fourth of July T-Bones game at CommunityAmerica Ballpark.
