Lemurs too much in game oneKansas City and Laredo played a twin bill Tuesday night at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. In the first game, the Lemurs took advantage of two-out opportunities and beat the T-Bones 10-4. Laredo scored nine of its runs and got nine of its 14 hits with two outs. The big blow came in the sixth, when the Lemurs scored six. Dustin Loggins, who gave up four runs and nine hits, took the loss. Following the nightcap, the two teams will get set for the third game of the four-game series with a special noon start on Wednesday afternoon. |
