06/04/2003 9:43 AM - (June 4, 2003) The T-Bones will get one more chance to face the Lincoln Saltdogs when they play the Nebraska team for the fourth time on Thursday night at Haymarket Park.

During game three against the Saltdogs on Wednesday – the T-Bones’ 13th day on the road – the T-Bones couldn’t pull out a win, falling 12-8 by the end of the game.

Kansas City did however strike first, with one run in each the first and second innings, but Lincoln starter Jason Hertz earned the victory, giving up six runs and nine hits in just over five innings. The T-Bones now stand at 4-7 overall.

Kansas City and Lincoln will wrap up the series Thursday night at 7:05. After losing the last three games, the T-Bones would like to rally a win before coming home tomorrow to a sold-out crowd at CommunityAmerica Ballpark.
