AirHogs Soar Over Kansas City, 8-008/09/2011 9:40 PM - A seven-run second was too much for the Kansas City T-Bones (39-42) to overcome as they fell 8-0 to the Grand Prairie AirHogs (51-30) on Tuesday night at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. Mitchell suffered the loss after allowing seven runs, six earned, on seven hits over one and one-third innings. Large finished the game for Kansas City, allowing just one unearned run while scattering eight hits over seven and two-third innings. Jason Jennings (9-1) allowed just three hits over six scoreless innings to earn the victory for Grand Prairie. He retired nine in a row at one point and 13 of his first 15 batters. Kansas City managed just six singles in the contest. The T-Bones send Devin Anderson (6-6, 5.29) to the mound opposite Lance Janke (3-2, 7.13) and Grand Prairie on Wednesday night.
