The Kansas City T-Bones (13-21) lost the second game of their three-game series against the Winnipeg Goldeyes (20-15), 7-0, on Saturday night with 7,536 on hand at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. Kansas City has now lost six straight games.

The Winnipeg Goldeyes took a 1-0 lead on an RBI single by Brian Myrow off Devin Anderson (2-5) in the first inning. The Goldeyes added three runs in the third on five hits, all singles, making the score 4-0. Kody Kaiser added another tally with an RBI triple in the fourth inning and later scored on a double by Wes Long, giving Winnipeg a six-run advantage through four frames.

Devin Anderson lasted five innings, taking the loss after allowing six runs on nine hits.

Martin Dewald made his debut for Kansas City in relief of Anderson, throwing two scoreless innings before giving way to Joseph Kassanavoid, who was signed prior to the game. The Goldeyes scored their final run against the rookie right-hander on an RBI single by Price Kendall, making the final score 7-0.

Kyle Dahman finished the game for Kansas City with a perfect ninth.

Former T-Bone Luis Villarreal (3-0) remained perfect on the season after allowing two hits and striking out six over six scoreless innings for Winnipeg. The T-Bones were able to push a runner to second base just twice in the contest, and had only eight men reach base on the night.

The T-Bones try to prevent a sweep at the hands of Winnipeg on Sunday night as they send right-hander T.J. Large (2-4, 5.79) to face right-hander Ace Walker (2-2, 3.35).
