The Kansas City T-Bones will hold open tryouts for the 2011 season at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on Sunday, May 1.

“Our annual tryouts are a great opportunity for players to showcase themselves and make an impression on our coaching staff,” said general manager Chris Browne. “Specifically, it’s a great chance for players from the metro area to get noticed.”

Some familiar faces have joined the T-Bones out of open tryouts over the years, including Drew Graham and Jake Bradshaw last season. Registration will begin at 2:00 p.m. and tryouts will start promptly at 3:00. Pre-registration will be $65 per player. On-site registration is $75 per player.
