Bring the family for a safe and fun Halloween celebration!  All activities are free and open for children 12 and under.

12:30-3:30pm - Live DJ, Bounce house and obstacle course, crafts, games, prizes, giveaways and more.
12:30-2:30pm - Safe trick-or-treating at participating stores and restaurants
2:30pm-3:30pm - Halloween Costume Parade and Contest emceed by Star 102.

Participating families will line up starting in the Center Courtyard.  A special guest will lead the parade past the Judge's Table, down the corridor, around the smokestack tower and back to the Center Courtyard.   Upon their return, judges will select ten finalists.  The ten finalists will walk the runway (around the fountain) for a final winner to be selected.  Parents are to stay with their children.  Infants can participate, as well.
