T-Bones on Entercom Kansas City for 2009 Season

MISSION, Kan. – Entercom Kansas City has announced that they will serve as the official broadcast partner of the Kansas City T-Bones for the 2009 season.  T-Bones’ game broadcasts will be featured on KXTR 1660 AM and 610 Sports Radio KCSP. 

The announcement was made by T-Bones General Manager Chris Browne during The Morning Sports Drive on 610 Sports Radio with Roger Twibell and Jeff McCarragher.  Both sides celebrated with a steak and egg breakfast at the 610 Sports Radio studios.  

“We’re thrilled to once again be partnering with the T-bones,” says 610 Sports Radio Program Director Ryan Maguire. “We’re looking forward to being part of the fun well done as the T-Bones head towards another championship season.” The agreement marks the third year that the Kansas City T-Bones have made Entercom Kansas City their official broadcast partner.

Ninety two regular season T-Bones games will air on 1660 KXTR-AM, while 610 Sports Radio will feature 4 home game broadcasts in the 2009 season.  In addition to the game broadcasts on KCSP-AM and KXTR-AM, the T-Bones will be featured in promotions throughout the season across all eight Entercom Kansas City brands.

Chris Browne, General Manger of the 2008 Northern League Champion T-Bones says, “we are looking forward to working with 610 Sports Radio, KXTR and the Entercom family as a whole again. We look forward to another summer of FUN…WELL DONE, together.”
