07/30/2008 8:00 AM - Grandma Karel Johnson, Tonganoxie, Kan., and grandson Jason Myers, Jefferson City, Mo., enjoy spending quality time watching the T-Bones play.

Jason is visiting his grandma for the next week along with a friend of his.  The ten-year-old catcher for his little league team says he likes the ballpark and the surrounding amenities. This is Karel’s first trip to CommunityAmerica Ballpark.

“I like baseball, Dave and Busters and the movies,” Myers said.  He has attended another game before, but unfortunately his only memory of the game was a T-Bones defeat.  Jason was with his dad during that game as they traveled to visit his grandma and attend a T-Bones game. 

Even though the T-Bones lost the first game of their double-header tonight, they managed to win the second one, making Jason’s last memory of a T-Bones game a good one.
