07/16/2008 8:00 AM - As the sun rises tomorrow you might find yourself in your daily routine – preparing for work, taking the kids to practice, or if you’re lucky enough, just lounging around enjoying the summer.  For the T-Bones, Thursday, July 17, is the last day game of the 2008 season. The T-Bones play the Goldeyes in the last game of a four-game set.  Gates open bright and early at 9:30 a.m., with first pitch scheduled for 11:05.  Also today, children get to read on the field with the T-Bones players before the game.  The
T-Bones don’t stop there, we have a special just for you and your family. Courtesy of the Kansas City Star, the Family Night special consists of four berm or Fort Hays State bleacher tickets, four hot dogs, four drinks and four bags of peanuts for $39.  

The T-Bones begin the weekend Friday, July 18, in honor of Buck O’Neil and the Negro Leagues.
