KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Kansas City T-Bones manager Andy McCauley announced today that he has acquired two additional players after the already announced signing of former Royal Ken Harvey.

The T-Bones acquired infielder/outfielder Eric Scriven from the Joliet JackHammers for the player to be named later following Tuesday night’s contest.  The T-Bones also signed right handed pitcher Zac Stott.

Scriven spent last season and the first part of this season with the JackHammers before getting traded to the T-Bones.  He hit .270 last season with Joliet and is currently hitting .280 with 11 RBI.

Stott began his career after getting signed by the Cincinnati Reds as a nondrafted free agent in 2004.  He spent most of his first three seasons in the Reds system before moving to the Phillies system to finish the 2006 season.  Last season with Clearwater, the Phillies Class A affiliate, he went 7-8 with a 3.85 ERA in 117 innings pitched.  Stott compiled 69 strikeouts while walking 34 and holding opponents to a .282 average.

The T-Bones will begin a five game series with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks tomorrow with a double header beginning at 6:00.
