Premier High School Tournament Coming to CommunityAmerica Ballpark03/27/2007 2:33 PM - KANSAS CITY, Kan. The Kansas City T-Bones are happy to announce that CommunityAmerica Ballpark will serve as one of three locations for the River City Baseball Festival. The other tournament sites include Hoglund Ballpark at the University of Kansas and Free State High School in Lawrence. Several area Kansas City high schools join teams from Omaha, Neb., and Springfield, Mo., to make up the festivals 24-team field.

Shawnee Mission East vs. Blue Valley The River City Baseball Festival features 24 of the best high school teams and players in the region. It is considered the premier high school baseball event in the Midwest. Tickets for the festival can be purchased at the gates of any of the three locations: CommunityAmerica Ballpark, Hoglund Ballpark, and Free State High School. Single game tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. All-tournament passes are available for $12.00 per adult and $8.00 per student. Kansas City T-Bones |
