The T-Bones would like to congratulate former pitcher Shaun Garceau, who will be pitching this week for the Long Island Ducks as they begin play Wednesday night in the Atlantic League championship series against Somerset.

Since Kansas City traded Garceau to the Ducks at the end of August, he's gone 2-1 with one complete-game shutout and a 1.17 ERA. He has struck out 17 and walked four in 23 innings. 

"We wish Shaun the best of luck in the Atlantic League championship series this week," said T-Bones vice-president and general manager Chris Browne. "We know that many in T-Bones Nation will be paying close attention to see how Shaun and the Ducks do in their quest for a second consecutive Atlantic League title."
