The Kansas City T-Bones have released their promotions schedule for the 2009 season.

The 2009 season kicks off at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on Friday, May 15 with a 7:05 start against the Winnipeg Goldeyes.  From May 15-17, the T-Bones will host Championship Weekend, presented in part by The Kansas City Star, to celebrate their 2008 Championship Season with their loyal fans.  On Opening Night, the 2008 Championship Banner will be raised and there will be an on-field ring ceremony prior to the game.  A 2009 Magnet Schedule sponsored by Providence Medical Center and St. John Hospital and a Championship T-Shirt provided by CommunityAmerica Credit Union will be handed out in limited quantities as well.

• Animal Awareness Night – May 27
• Meet the Champions Post-Game Autograph Session – May 29 – Meet and secure autographs from select
T-Bones players
• Military Appreciation Night – July 11
• Fourth-Annual Redneck Weekend – July 17-18
• Legends Night – August 1 – Special appearance by Royals Hall of Famer Willie Wilson and other former MLB Legends
• Breast Cancer Awareness Night – August 2
• Second Annual Kansas City A’s Reunion Night – August 8
• Salute to Heroes – August 22

All of the above promotions, dates and giveaways are subject to change.  Giveaway quantities are limited.  More great promotions and events will be announced in the coming weeks.
