07/24/2008 8:00 AM - Bringing your entire family to CommunityAmerica Ballpark has always been fun well done.  Even with the current gas prices, you can come enjoy a ballgame and leave with more money than you arrived with.

On select Free Cash Money Mondays, CommunityAmerica Credit Union gives you money as you enter the parking lot.  Once in the ballpark, kids can swing and go down the slides as they play on the Rainbow Play System located behind third base and the picnic table area.

The T-Bones also offer a concession stand, Sizzle’s Griddle, just for the kids.  Every item is $1.00, the only exception is a souvenir lunch box meal that is $4 and includes a variety of items.  Sizzle’s Griddle offers Sara Lee ballpark franks, frozen treats, draft sodas, snacks, candy and juice boxes, all for only a dollar each. 

The affordable fun continues with Family Night, sponsored by the Kansas City Star, every single Thursday.  The Family Night package has four berm (grass) or bleacher tickets, four hotdogs, four drinks and four bags of peanuts all for the price of $39.

Tuesdays: Giveaways Nights. As you enter the gates every Tuesday, there’s a free gift waiting. (Giveaways are limited).
Wednesdays: Catch on the Field, presented by Sonic Drive-In.  This is the family’s chance to practice throwing baseballs on the same field as the T-Bones.
Thursdays: Family Night, thanks to the Kansas City Star.
Fridays: Theme Nights, courtesy of the Kansas Lottery. Friday, August 1, the T-Bones will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the ballpark.  If you wear green, you receive a half price bleacher or berm ticket for that day’s game. 
Saturdays: Fireworks show after every Saturday home game, presented by Helzberg Diamonds.
Sundays: Kids Run the Bases.  After the game, kids can run around the bases just like the T-Bones players.
