The match will be live streamed via YouTube.com/OrlandoCitySC and kick-off is set for 7:30 p.m. EST. Heading into the match against Oklahoma, Orlando is coming off a five game win streak- including four league victories and a 3-0 win over the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the North American Soccer League (NASL) in the club’s home leg of the I-4 Derby friendly, which was played at WWOS earlier this week. The Lions currently sit in first place in the USL PRO table, tied with LA Galaxy II. Orlando’s most recent league match resulted in a 2-1 win on the road over OKC last Saturday, with Kevin Molino and Dennis Chin providing the goals for City. Molino has been in scoring form as of late. In the past four USL PRO matches, the club’s first-ever Major League Soccer (MLS) signing has scored four goals, earning him USL PRO Player of the Week honors earlier this week. Oklahoma will look for revenge in Orlando after suffering a 2-1 defeat in its inaugural home opener last weekend. Coached by former Sporting Kansas City Captain and Goalkeeper, Jimmy Nielsen, the Energy are currently in seventh place in USL PRO. OKC opened up its first USL campaign by producing two wins and two losses, including a 2-0 win over Orange County and a 4-0 rout over Arizona, before falling to the Lions. |
