Parking for the 2014 Season will occur in the ESPN Wide World of Sports main lot. More details will come throughout the 2013/14 offseason.

Photography

Still photographers and ENG crew holding proper credentials may position themselves along either endline at field level. Immediately prior to each match, photographers who wish to shoot the traditional pre-game team photo will be escorted on cue to the midfield sideline by photo marshals. Photographers will be instructed to walk only on the sidelines—never on the field of play—en route to these temporary sideline positions. Once team photos have been taken, photographers will be directed to quickly return to their endline photo positions.

During the match photographers are advised of restricted freedom of movement. At no time during the match can photographers shoot from directly behind the goal. Also, movement from one end of the field to the other is allowed only at half-time or by exiting through the tunnels off field or, if applicable, during the interval before the start of extra time. No East or West sideline access is allowed at any time. Photographer guidelines and game day timelines will be addressed each game during a mandatory pre-game meeting which must be attended once in the 2013 USL PRO Season by each accredited photographer and prior to entering the field—photographers found to have entered the field without having attended are subject to credential suspension or revocation.

Each accredited photographer will be issued a photo bib/vest provided by Orlando City SC for identification purposes as a mandatory supplement to the credential. The photo bib serves as a temporary access control device and must be returned to the photo marshals area at the end of each match. The bib must be visible and worn at all times.

Images provided by Orlando City SC may not be edited, altered or enhanced in any way without the express written permission from Orlando City SC. Orlando City SC reserves the right to request and use any still photographs taken by credentialed photographers at any Orlando City affiliated event, which includes Orlando City U23 matches and Orlando City Youth Soccer games and events. Credentials approved for Orlando City matches also apply for approval of Orlando City U23 games, which are held at the Seminole Soccer Complex in Sanford, Fla. Photos created by credentialed photographers will be properly credited if used by Orlando City SC.

Images taken at Orlando City SC matches can not be sold to individual parties for profit. Any party found doing so will have their credential revoked.

Images have specific photo rights and without properly asking for permission by the club, Orlando City SC is not responsible for the photographer taking action if posted without consultation.

Credentials

Access to the field, post-game interview room, and press box are strictly controlled by credentials.  Full-season credentials will be granted to media based upon several considerations, including the following:

• Commitment to season-long coverage of Orlando City
• Need for and use of media access to facilitate reporting and news gathering
• Availability of space within designated media areas
• Media outlet’s adherence to media policies and procedures

Media credential applications are evaluated on an annual basis and credentialed media from previous seasons are not guaranteed full-season credentials in 2013. Orlando City will accommodate as many media outlets as possible, but it may be necessary to credential some media on a single-game basis.
