OrlandoCitySC.com asked players and ownership what they’re thankful for this holiday season, and we got back some great responses. See what players such as Jamie Watson, Rob Valentino and Orlando City President Phil Rawlins had to say.

“I’m thankful our journey to Major League Soccer (MLS) is finally concluded. I’m thankful for what a great year 2013 has been, from setting record attendances, winning a Championship, approval of funding for a stadium, and finally the formal announcement of Orlando City earning an expansion slot in MLS. We’ve been lucky to have the fans that we have, sticking with us throughout this journey. The support we’ve seen from the City, County and State has also been so helpful in achieving our goal. I’m very thankful for that.”

Of course, this goes without saying, I am thankful for the Orlando City family- including the fans, front office, interns, coaches, owners and teammates.”
