Thank You City Fans,

I am writing on behalf of the Team and the Front Office to say a BIG thank you to each you for your passion and support you have shown Orlando City.

Anyone at the Citrus Bowl this past Saturday for the USL PRO Championship game will never forget the night. It was the climax of three years of hard work and the excitement and emotions of the crowd were clear for everyone to see. You made huge a difference to the players on the field, from the ‘Orlando City!’ chants, to the loudness of the roars when we scored each goal. It was an incredible atmosphere that everyone there will cherish forever.

Having nearly 21,000 fans in the stadium is a testament to all the hard work you, the fans, put into the #Mission15K campaign and all you have done to grow this club into the front-runner for a Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise. Thank you for your continued commitment and support.

While the season has come to a close, our work is not complete. We now set our sights on taking the club to the next level by securing an MLS franchise for the City Beautiful, and each of you can help us secure that prize by showing your support.

I want us to restart the #Mission15K campaign, this time aimed at securing Major League Soccer. Please get your friends, family and co-workers to sign the petition ‘I believe in MLS in Orlando!’ on the OrlandoBelievesinMLS.com website. We want to surpass 15,000 signatures by the beginning of October, a lofty goal but one that will show the politicians just how passionate we are about bringing MLS here.
