OCYS adds donation station to Seminole Soccer Complex
Do you have an extra pair of soccer boots lying around the house? Well instead of throwing them away, you can now donate them for a great cause!

Orlando City Youth Soccer is proud to now offer a donation area for gently used soccer equipment at their main complex in Sanford, Fla. The bright yellow donation can will be placed near the entrance of the front office near the main fields at Seminole Soccer Complex. All new and gently used soccer items, including balls, boots, gloves and more, will be accepted for donation.

All donated items will be heading to kids in need around the Central Florida area and beyond. Director of Community Relations Kay Rawlins commented on the new donation area at the OCYS offices and how it’ll bring a positive outcome to kids in need of equipment.

“We’re excited about having this opportunity for kids and parents alike to be able to donate soccer items,” she said. “There are so many impoverished and disadvantaged children out there who would love to play soccer- we can really make a difference in their lives. Every donation counts.”
