3- With a win and three points tonight, Orlando City clinches their second consecutive USL PRO Regular Season Championship. 84- The minute that Matthew Luzanaris scored to secure a 1-1 draw on Wednesdays night game against Wilmington. Luzanaris is ranked second on the USL PROs point leaders with 18 points and has scored one goal in each of the last four games. He is one goal short of the team record of nine goals in the regular season. 2- Orlando City has met with the Charleston Battery twice in 2012, winning both matches by a score of 2-1. Last year, the Lions defeated Charleston twice in one week to clinch the 2011 Regular Season Championship. 12- The current point difference between first place Orlando City and second place Rochester Rhinos in the USL PRO standings. Orlando City has sat comfortably at the number one spot for weeks now, but the Lions need to win tonight to grab the 2012 USL PRO regular season title and home field advantage in the postseason. 10- The Lions have played ten games since their first loss this season. In those ten games, Orlando City has won seven, drawing the other three. 40- Number of goals Orlando has scored so far in 2012. That number is far and away the best in the league, with Wilmington coming in at second in that category with 28 scored. Last seasons total was 36, also best in the league in 2011. |
