Joins the RailCats for the 2021 Season as Assistant Director of Business Development. He has worked in the Sports Industry for 7 years. He most recently worked for the Chicago Bulls G-League Affiliate, the Windy City Bulls (2018-2020) as an Account Executive of New Business Development where he not only focused on Season Ticket Memberships but was a driving force for building the Windy City Bulls Brand amongst the Business Community in the Hoffman Estates Area. Prior to the Windy City Bulls, his career has included stints with a variety of sports and teams including, the Chicago Sky (2016-2018), Milwaukee Bucks (2015-2016), Cedar Rapids Kernels (2015), and Chicago Bandits (2014).
Matt Received both his B.S. in Business Management with a concentration on professional sports and Entrepreneurial Certificate from the TIPPIE College of Business in 2015, whilst he was service the State of Iowa in the Iowa Army National Guard (2009-2017) with the 1133rd Det. 1 out of Iowa City as a Motor Transportation Operator (88M).
He is originally from Hazel Crest, IL and is active in the community networking with local community and business leaders.
