   1) Order ONLINE

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted for online payments
• All online orders will be charged a $2.00 Convenience Fee per ticket
• All online orders can be printed at home or mailed. A fee of $3 is charged for each mail order and there is a $1 charge for TD Bank Convenience Window. The TD Bank Convenience Window is located at the Camden Riversharks Box Office.
• TD Bank Convenience Window tickets can only be picked up when a valid picture ID or a copy of your confirmation email is presented. Tickets will not be given out without a valid picture ID or the confirmation email!
• All sales are final. No refunds will be offered for any reason. No exceptions.

   2) Order by phone

• Purchase tickets by calling the Box Office at 1-866-SHARKS-9

   3) Order in person by visiting the Riversharks Box Office

• The Box Office is located just to the right of the main entrance of the stadium, at the corner of Delaware and Penn St. Box Office hours are 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and the Box Office will remain open the entire game. The Box Office is closed on weekends unless there is a game. On weekend gamedays, the box office will open at 10:00 a.m. and stays the entire game.

Do you have vouchers?

To redeem vouchers online, select the game you would like to attend and follow through the process of selecting seats. Step 3 will show your shopping cart with the seats you have selected. At the bottom of this page is a box that says "Promotion Code", enter one Promo Code and hit "apply". One ticket in your cart should be adjusted to $0.00. Repeat this for all of the vouchers you have. If you have any problems entering the promo code numbers please contact the Box Office at 866-SHARKS-9 and we will assist you. It is important that the seats selected are valid for the voucher type. If the voucher says "Valid for one 200 level ticket" then it is valid for seats in sections 201-217 while vouchers stating "valid for one 100 level ticket" are valid for sections 101-122. Create an account just as you would if you were purchasing tickets. There is a $2.00 processing fee for each ticket, so select "Credit Card" as your payment type and submit the order.
