At Campbell’s Field, baseball is just the beginning. The home of the Riversharks is also used as a full-service special event venue. Whether your guest list be 50 people or 5,000, Campbell’s Field offers a unique, non-traditional setting and can be used for a wide variety of events including:

Field Usage:

Perfect for baseball/softball games, tournaments and showcases, Campbell’s Field has played host to: St. Joseph’s University, Rutgers-Camden, Neuman University, the NCAA A-10 Tournament, the American Legion Mid-Atlantic tournament, and many more!
Fans can also step on the same field as the pros for a casual batting practice or softball game with friends or clients.


Suite Rentals/Specialty Events:

event1.pngTreat your friends, family, or clients to a picturesque view of the Philadelphia skyline from the stadium’s suite level. Suite capacities range from 25-200 and have been utilized for an array of specialty events. Past events have included weddings and bar mitzvahs as well as bachelor, graduation, and birthday parties. Create an experience your guests won’t soon forget!



Corporate Events:

Pair a softball game on the field followed by lunch or dinner in a Riversharks suite for the ultimate corporate event. Think Campbell’s Field when planning your next business seminar, trade expo, networking event, or corporate team building exercise.


Charity Events:

Last season alone the Riversharks helped raise over $250,000 for local charities and organizations. From beef & beers, to home run derbies, to full stadium charity walks, we pride ourselves in thinking of new and creative ways to help raise funds and awareness for our local community organizations.

The JDRF “Walk to Cure Diabetes”, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s “Light the Night Walk”, and the annual Cooper Norcross “Run the Bridge” event have all been hosted at Campbell’s Field.


Full Stadium Usage:

Need access to our field, concourse, suites, and parking lots all at once? Our team will work with you to accommodate your specific needs to help make your next large event a success. Concerts, festivals, and weekend long scouting camporee’s are just a few examples of large events executed at Campbell’s Field. 


Catering Services

Legends Hospitaliy is a company that prides itself on providing fans with an exceptional experience each and every time. The fans are our guests and our number one priority. Understanding this concept means that we listen to the fans, understand what they want and customize our service in a way that meets and exceeds their needs.

We provide expertise and carefully honed customer service in multiple categories, including food and beverage, merchandise, facilities management, design and consulting, hospitality and live entertainment. We are dedicated to delivering a legendary fan experience. 


Policies and Procedures

Only food and beverage provided by the Camden Riversharks in-house caterer may be served on the ballpark grounds. Special arrangements can be made for parties with dietary restrictions.

No food or beverages of any kind may be brought into or taken off the premises by a client without the advance written permission of the Camden Riversharks.

Parking
Parking for a pre-determined amount of cars can be included in the facility fee based on availability. If your event requires additional parking, arrangements can be made.

Deposit and Payment Information
An advance deposit is required to secure your event space and date of event. Balance of the total event fee is due two (2) weeks prior to the event.

Additional Services
Riversharks United Way Fit & Fun Zone, Carousel, Speed Pitch, additional tables and chairs, press box usage, and other services can all be arranged at an additional cost.

Additional Requirements
Tours, flowers, decorations, entertainment, appearances, scoreboard messages, special linen and audio, visual equipment, etc., can all be arranged at an additional charge.
