Yes, to reserve group tickets a $50 deposit is required. Seats will not be held without a deposit.
You can always increase the number of the reservation however the group cannot decrease the number that was already reserved. We suggest when making a reservation to start with a conservative number for the group and add-on as necessary.
Final payment is due two weeks prior to your game.
Tickets will be sent out once the balance is paid in full.
Group tickets must be ordered in advance to receive the discounted price. Tickets that are added on the day of the game at the box office will be charged the usual day of game pricing.
The Riversharks have a strict no refund policy. If you are unable to use your tickets please consult with your group sales representative on any possible options.
In the event of a rainout or other cancellation of your game, your tickets will be good for any other game during the 2015 season. The group leader can either reschedule the group outing for the whole group or the individual members can hold on to their tickets and attend a game at their leisure.
The Riversharks ticket policy is not based on age. If the child is young enough they will be sitting on someone’s lap then they do not need a ticket. If they will be utilizing their own seat then they would need a ticket.
Yes, please be sure to include any chaperones in your paid ticket count.
