  • How can I perform the National Anthem at a game?

  • There are two ways to earn a spot to sing the National Anthem at a Riversharks game. Individuals can audition in April prior to the season. Groups such as bands and choirs can reserve a spot by purchasing a block of tickets. For more information call the groups hotline at 856-583-0027. We also provide the opportunities to sing God Bless America and Take Me Out to the Ballgame.

  • How many fans does Campbell’s Field hold?

  • With all of our catered areas included, Campbell’s Field has 6,712 seats, but also has the capacity to hold Standing Room Only crowds.

  • Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

  • The Riversharks always encourage fans to purchase ahead of time to avoid the lines at the ticket office. You can order tickets online at www.riversharks.com or by phone, 1-866-SHARKS-9.

  • What time is the Box Office Open?

  • Monday through Friday 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. On gamedays the box office will remain open through the end of the game. 

    Weekends are closed unless there is a game. On gamedays, the box office will open at 10:00a.m. and stay open for the remainder of the game. 

  • Does my child need a ticket?

  • Children ages 3 and under do not need to purchase a ticket to come to a Riversharks game if they plan on sitting on someone’s lap. However, if they require a seat, they are required to purchase a ticket.

  • When does the team store open?

  • The team store will open 1 hour prior to the start of any game and will remain open throughout the entire game.

  • Where is the information booth located?

  • The information booth is located directly behind the press box on the main concourse. Here is where the lost and found is located, it is where you can pick up schedules and ticket information, and inquire about any other Riversharks related requests.

  • How long do games usually last?

  • Atlantic League rules states that we play nine (9) inning games. While games vary in length, most games end in approximately three (3) hours.

  • Do the players sign autographs?

  • Every Sunday Riversharks players will line up in front of the home dugout between 12:30 and 12:50.

  • Where is the First Aid located?

  • If you or someone in your group requires first aid, contact the nearest usher or staff member and they will escort you to our First Aid room located behind the press box next to the information booth on the main concourse.

  • Is Campbell’s Field wheelchair accessible?

  • We have several sections located in the 100 level and 200 level that are wheelchair accessible with companion seating. We also have elevators located to the right of the main stairs upon entrance to Campbell’s Field.

  • Do you allow fans to bring food into the ballpark?

  • No outside food or beverage is permitted into Campbell’s Field for any event. This includes birthday cakes.

  • What type of food options are available at Campbell’s Field?

  • We offer a full variety of stadium food with some traditional Philadelphia favorites. Cheese Steaks, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Fingers, Sausage Sandwiches, Panzorraties and Pizza can all be purchased from our concession stands.

  • If I have special dietary or medical needs, can I be allowed to bring my food into the ballpark?

  • If you have special dietary needs (diabetic, allergy, infant) and want to bring in special food, please contact the Riversharks Corporate office 48 hours prior to the game. You can do so by calling 1-866-SHARKS-9.

  • Is smoking permitted inside Campbell’s Field?

  • Campbell’s Field is a smoke free facility. Fans wishing to smoke can go to our smoking area located outside the main gate.

  • How can I have special announcements scroll on the video board during the game?

  • Special announcements can be made for $10 per announcement. To do so, please call the groups hotline at 856-583-0027. If you would like to submit an announcement after you have already arrived at Campbell’s Field you can visit the information booth located behind the press box.

  • What sections are located behind the netting?

  • 110-113 and 208-211

  • Where is there shade?

  • Officially there are no shaded seats at the Campbell’s Field. At different times of the day at different times of the year there will be shaded areas of the stadium, but your best bet is standing on the concourse.

  • What time do gates at Campbell’s Field open?

  • Gates open 1 hour prior to the start of any game at Campbell’s Field.

  • What happens if it rains?

  • A game is considered a rain out if fewer than 4½ innings (5 if home team trails) of the game are played. If this occurs, your ticket may be exchanged at the Camden Riversharks Ticket Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any remaining regular season home game for that particular season, based upon availability. NO REFUNDS. All rain exchanges can be done at the Camden Riversharks box office and stubs from the rained out game must be presented at the time of exchange.

  • What is your exchange policy?

  • Any individual tickets purchased that are expired/unused are not valid to be exchanged. No exchanges, no refunds. Only season ticket holders may exchange any unused 2015 tickets for any home game for the remainder of the 2015 season, based upon availability.

  • Which major league team are you affiliated with?

  • The Riversharks and the Atlantic League are independent from Major League Baseball. Visit http://www.atlanticleague.com for more information.

  • How do I redeem my ticket voucher?

  • You can go on http://www.riversharks.com and click on “Buy Tickets”, click on whichever seats you would like to purchase that match the location on your voucher (100 level or 200 level). Enter the promotion code listed on the ticket voucher. Hit “Apply Promotion Code,” and the ticket value will be reflected appropriately. Click “Confirm Order” and complete your purchase.

  • How do I redeem my coupon?

  • Coupons for Camden Riversharks tickets can be redeemed at the Riversharks box office and must be presented at the time of purchase.

  • How do I upgrade to the 100 level?

  • Upgrades to the 100 level are $2 per ticket and can be done at the Riversharks box office or by calling 1-866-SHARKS-9.

  • Where is the box-office located?

  • The Box-Office is located just to the right of the main entrance.

  • What is the TD Bank Convenience Window?

  • This is where customers can pick up tickets that were purchased ahead of time. The TD Bank Convenience Windows are located on the left side of the box-office. Please bring a form of photo identification to pick up your tickets.

  • Do kids really get in free if they wear their uniform?

  • Yes, Children under the age of 12 can be granted 1 free 200 level ticket if they come to the Riversharks game wearing their youth sports uniform or activity club t-shirt. Must be present at the Camden Riversharks box office to receive free ticket. Based upon availability.

  • What is the Fit and Fun Zone?

  • The Fit and Fun Zone is located by the Riversharks bullpen. It is a play area for children that include games, a moonbounce, and a rockwall. An all access pass is $5 and includes all activities including the carousel, but excluding the rockwall. The rockwall is $1. It is open from the time gates open until the 7th inning.

  • Do you have a Lost and Found?

  • Yes, if you call 856.963.2600 we will be happy to check for any lost items.

  • How can I start a Fundraiser with the Riversharks?

  • If you give us a call 856.963.2600 we can set up a risk free fundraiser that puts up to $6 from each ticket you sell into your pockets.

  • What is the Peanut Free Suite?

  • The peanut free section in suite 318 was instituted during the 2009 season to better suit those who suffer from the dangerous peanut allergy. No products allowed in the peanut free room contain peanut oil. The Riversharks are extremely proud of this promotion, as it has given many people their first opportunity to go to a baseball game.
