Branded Seats to Debut New Product at MLB All Star GameADVERTISING “GAME CHANGERS” TO DEBUT AT MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL’S ALL STAR GAME Branded Seats to Launch New, Patented Marketing and Advertising Products to the Sports & Entertainment Industry (Phoenix- June 26, 2012) – Phoenix-based Branded Seats LLC has reached an agreement with the Kansas City Royals to install nearly 1,000 units of its patented in-seat advertising CupHolder Displays in Kauffman Stadium's Diamond Club Box and Diamond Club Seats. The CupHolder Displays will debut in these exclusive seating areas in time for the 83rd MLB All Star Game and weekend of events this July. In addition to the CupHolder Display, more than 1,200 units of Branded Seats’ signature product, the SeatBack Display, will be installed shortly after the All- Star Game. Another 5,000 will be installed before the start of the 2013 season, and Branded Seats is currently in talks with a number of MLB, NFL and NHL organizations for larger future venue installations. Branded Seats LLC’s full line-up of patented and patent pending in-seat advertising displays are truly “game changers” for sports and entertainment venues and organizations. Historically, seating in sports and entertainment venues only produced revenue when the seats were sold. With Branded Seats’ revolutionary new products, venues now have the opportunity to generate unprecedented new revenue streams from existing inventory. The CupHolder Display creates new sponsorship and revenue opportunities all while revitalizing the appearance of existing cup holders. All four models lock onto existing cup holders in seconds and are theft, weather and tamper resistant. And like the other products, the CupHolder Displays employ a full-color, interchangeable SnapGraphic making stickers or labels, the typical cup holder advertising graphic, obsolete. The SeatBack Display is a molded plastic unit that easily attaches to the back of any existing venue seat and utilizes an interchangeable, weather and tamper resistant, full color SnapGraphic to create a clean and impactful advertising and branding environment. Similarly and with some minor modifications, the SeatBottom Display product creates a solid branding environment when seats are either unsold or not in use. The SeatBottom Display utilizes a full-color, interchangeable SnapGraphic and is installed on the underside of the seating area. In addition to the assets that make empty, non-revenue bearing seats revenue producers, Branded Seats has formed a team of industry veterans to guide and implement these new revenue streams, led by Vice President of Sales and Business Development Scott Brubaker. ABOUT BRANDED SEATS Branded Seats is the designer, manufacturer and supplier of innovative products that create incremental revenue to teams and venues using integrated in-seat advertising displays.
