Recently, Heritage Middle School in Deltona kicked off their Sporting Event Series with a visit from Orlando City! 

Rob Valentino and Erik Ustruck played in the inaugural iMoms & All Pro Dads Soccer Game along with HMS students and members of the Pine Ridge HS soccer teams.  Following the game, both players spoke to the students about their journies to becoming pro soccer players, as well as what it takes to reach your long-term goals.

"The event at Heritage was awesome," said Valentino.  "To see all the parents that showed up to support their kids was great. Heritage is doing wonderful things for the kids and their parents to come together through athletics. It was a pleasure to be apart of this day and I am glad I could contribute."

"Heritage Middle School has it figured out; they're doing something very special for the kids and parents over there," said Ustruck. "I couldn't imagine a better way to show the importance of staying active in school and getting the parents so involved in their child's life. It was an honor to be a guest during the 'iMom and All Pro Dad's' event, and I was moved by the undoubtedly positive response of having two Orlando City players in attendance. I look forward to seeing the students and the world class staff again in the near future!"
