Player and Coach Appearance Requests
Orlando City players, coaches, and staff will make appearances at community and corporate events. Although Orlando City is eager to reach every fan, our players availability due to training, travel and games is limited. We currently receive in excess of 30-40 requests per month for a wide range of deserving organizations within Central Florida. Though we would like to respond positively to each inquiry the number of requests alone far outweighs the resources we have available. Thank you for understanding.

Guidelines
Use of Orlando City's name, logos and trademarks and/or any advertising that implies the support or sponsorship of an event or organization by Orlando City or Orlando City Soccer Foundation must be approved in writing by Orlando City. Before promoting a City player appearance, please contact the Public Relations Department for approval. This policy pertains to all forms of advertising, including all print, television and radio promotion.

Please refer to the Orlando City schedule prior to submitting your request, as appearances will not be scheduled on the following:
- Game days
- Travel days
- Player "Off" days
- No appearances before 1:00 p.m. during training
When considering appearance requests, we adhere to the criteria listed below:
- Wide reaching impact (to maximize player time)
- Clearly defined role for the player (i.e. speak to the school, hand out awards, etc.)
- No activities with risk of injury
- We recommend that your event NOT center on a player's attendance, but have them serve as a compliment to the overall event.
