The T-Bones proudly presented a check for $3,698 to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure of Greater Kansas City foundation.  The money was raised from the 2009 Breast Cancer Awareness Jersey Auction sponsored by the Kansas City Cancer Center, ticket sales from that night, and special breast cancer awareness merchandise sales.

“We truly value the partnership we have with the T-Bones,” said Tammy Butterfield, Director of Development for the foundation.  “Our Survivors and Co-Survivors look forward to the ‘pink night’ every year.  Thank you for joining with us in the fight against breast cancer.  What started with a promise between two sisters will end with the cure.”

Sizzle was on hand to present the check to the foundation at their Kansas City office in downtown Kansas City, MO.  The T-Bones have made a donation to the cause for each of the past three seasons and are currently planning a Breast Cancer Awareness Night for the 2010 campaign.
