1. The ticket exchange policy:
   1. If you are unable to use your tickets for any reason, you may exchange them in advance for equal or lesser value to any other 2020 home game. You may not exchange your unused tickets after the date on the ticket.
   2. All exchanges are subject to availability.
   3. Any combination of unused tickets may be used together for a group night in 2020.
       
2. Remember, we are able to exchange tickets over the phone! All you have to do is call and we'll put your new tickets in will call.
   1. Our TicketReturn ticketing system, automatically adds a bar code and transaction number printed directly on each ticket. These numbers allow our staff the ability to exchange tickets over the phone without customers ever having to come down to the stadium. We highly recommend that customers use the call-ahead method of exchanging tickets for their convenience.
       
3. We reserve the right to postpone any exchanges at the box office due to the high volume of customers just prior to a game. We recommend customers exchange tickets during times other than the hour before the game.
    
4. In the event of a RAIN-OUT (less than 5 ½ innings played)…you may exchange your ticket for the re-scheduled game.  If the game is cancelled after 5 1/2 innings, the game is considered complete and will not be re-scheduled.
