Shreveport Tournament Filling UpBy: 
For the first time in PrimeTime's 12 years in Shreveport, a basketball tournament will be held in February. Teams are responding. One Texas squad, Texas Elite Takeoff from Terrell, is sending five separate teams. With two and a half weeks until first tip, 40 teams have committed to playing on the weekend of Feb. 28. Spots for the Boys' are dwindling quickly, with this tournament being the first chance for many teams to qualify for PrimeTime's National Championship in Dallas this July. On the weekend, each team will be guaranteed three games against the best competition from Louisiana and Texas, with the top three finishers from each division earning their spot at Nationals.
