Stephen Jones Talks PrimeTimeBy: Matt Reese The Dallas Cowboys are a slightly well-known organization. If you pop on the news, you may hear there name come up every now and then...oh who are we kidding? The Cowboys are one of the largest, most valuable franchises in the world, according to Forbes.
Running a franchise that large requires an enormous amount of effort, planning and execution. For Cowboys COO Stephen Jones — son of owner Jerry Jones — that experience with his NFL allows him to appreciate the well-oiled machine that is PrimeTime events.
Jones’ son, John Stephen, is a class of 2018 QB for the Highland Park Scots. Both Stephen and his son were in College Station this weekend for the PrimeTime Tournament of Champions.
Stephen sat down with PrimeTime to chat football, Highland Park athletics and the difficulty of running a quality 7on7 tournament.
