The PrimeTime Sports 7on7 Tournament of Champions kicks off this weekend in College Station, Texas, as football teams from across the state will be battling it out for bragging rights. The Tournament of Champions is the culmination of teams who have competed in PrimeTime qualifiers all season and are prepped for the end-of-the-year event. “This will be our biggest tournament in the history of PrimeTime 7on7 football and we are thrilled with the field,” PrimeTime’s Robert Densmore said. “It’s going to be an action-packed weekend and we are going to see some great football.” (View Qualified Teams Here) The emergence of 7on7 football into the Spring sports scene across the state of Texas has become paramount. Athletes from middle school to the varsity level are all playing 7s to increase reps between quarterbacks and receivers and help defenders understand spread-offense concepts.
