GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas -- Patrick Mincey threw his second consecutive complete game, and the Cleburne Railroaders cruised to a 9-1 win over the Texas AirHogs at AirHog Stadium on Tuesday night.

Mincey gave up a lone run with two outs in the ninth, and gave up seven hits with no walks and a strikeout with 98 pitches. The nine-inning, one-run performance mirrors the complete game he threw against Salina just five days prior.

Mincey also worked with a lead from the start: Geraldo Valentin clubbed a two-run homer in the top of the first, and the Railroaders added three more runs in the third.

Cleburne scored a pair in the sixth and the eighth and the nine runs were the most the Railroaders had scored since a 10-5 win over Salina on June 7.

Mitch Glasser finished with three hits and a pair of runs, and Geraldo Valentin tied the single-game high with four RBI on a pair of hits with two runs scored.

Axel Johnson recorded his second multi-hit game of the year, and K.C. Huth finished with two hits and two RBI in his return to the No. 8 hole.

With back-to-back wins, Cleburne now looks for a sweep of the AirHogs on Wednesday night. First pitch in Grand Prairie is set for 7:05 p.m., and the Railroader Pregame Show will start at 6:45.

The Railroaders return home to The Depot Monday, June 26 to open a three-game set with the Salina Stockade. Tickets are still available and can be purchased online at www.railroaderbaseball.com or by visiting the box office located near the main gate at The Depot.
