CLEBURNE, Texas -- For the second straight day, the Cleburne Railroaders walked it off again -- this time in the 10th inning -- and split the weekend series against the Winnipeg Goldeyes.

The scoring got started for the Goldeyes in the second inning when a single from Andrew Sohn scored Shawn Pleffner from second. Rohm and Romanski started the top of the third with back-to-back singles. A passed ball moved them to second and third, and David Bergin singled to score Rohm and make the score 2-0.

Maikol Gonzalez led off the home-half of the third with a single. Mitch Glasser was hit by a pitch to put runners on first and second. With one out, Geraldo Valentin scored Gonzalez by grounding out to the second baseman. Brandon Tierney hit a liner that handcuffed the shortstop Andrew Sohn for an error, scoring Mitch Glasser from third.

In the bottom of the fourth the Railroaders took the lead after an RBI single by Maikol Gonzalez. The game would stay 3-2 until the eighth inning. With Bryce Beeler pitching, Suarez and Darvell hit back-to-back singles to put runners at the corners. Mason Katz tied the game with a groundout.

The game moved into extras, where the Railroaders would win the game in the 10th. Brandon Tierney led off the inning with a double and was moved over on a sacrifice bunt by KC Huth. Axel Johnson turned on the second pitch, lining one over the head of David Rohm and scoring Tierney from third.

Onas Farfan earned the win in relief, while Victor Capellan took the loss.

The Railroaders (2-2) will start a three-game series against the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks tomorrow at 7:06 p.m.
