Operations/ Maintenance Worker

Summary:
Provides event and building maintenance support for the Operations Department
Job Functions:
Performs craft services such as refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, electronics, minor carpentry and painting.
Handle inquiries on asset management. Assist with various changeover, maintenance, and housekeeping duties as needed.
Makes scheduled equipment rounds and logs pertinent operating data.
Adjusts, dismantles, repairs and assembles equipment.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Have a high school diploma, GED, or related trade school training; valid Colorado driver’s license
Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with other staff
Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.
Proficiency in word processing and related applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple assignments
