Budweiser Events Center Suites Cook
The Suites Cook is responsible for preparing foods that are on the Suites menu for each event in the Budweiser Events Center. Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for all Suite guests. Able to operated standard kitchen equipment, work in a fast paced environment that is on an event to event basis, and preparing menu items based on company recipes and portion requirements. The Suites Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled. Shifts will vary due to the Budweiser Events Center schedule. Kitchen and food service experience is a must.

Budweiser Events Center Restaurant Cook
The Restaurant Cook is responsible for preparing foods that are on the Restaurant menu for each event in the Budweiser Events Center. Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for all Restaurant guests. Able to operated standard kitchen equipment, work in a fast paced environment that is on an event to event basis, and preparing menu items based on company recipes and portion requirements. The Restaurant Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled. Shifts will vary due to the Budweiser Events Center schedule. Kitchen and food service experience is a must.

The Ranch Events Complex Catering Cook
The Catering Cook is responsible for preparing foods that are on the Catering menu for each event at the Ranch Events Complex. Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for all Catering guests. Able to operated standard kitchen equipment, work in a fast paced environment that is on an event to event basis, and preparing menu items based on company recipes and portion requirements. The Catering Cook must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled. Shifts will vary due to the Catering events schedule. There will also be opportunities to work in other kitchen departments at the Ranch and Budweiser Events Center. Kitchen and food service experience is a must.

Essential Job Functions:
• Responsible for providing high quality, fresh food products in a timely manner for delivery to guests.
• Prepares hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements.
• Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Responsible for observing and testing foods to ensure proper cooking.
• Responsible for portioning, arranging and garnishing food plates for delivery to guests.
• Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Able to operate standard kitchen equipment to including the broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer and chef knife.
• Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
