GOOD TO SEE YOU

Monarchs rookie forward, Michael Doherty, has loved seeing the Railers on the calendar. In his seven games against Worcester, the graduate of Yale University has posted four of his six total goals, including two in his first professional game.

SMOTHERMAN

Jordan LaVallee-Smotherman has been on fire since Dec. 9, and has scored 12 points on eight goals and four assists in that time frame. LaVallee-Smotherman has made his goals count, potting three game-winners, and is the reigning ECHL Player of the Week. During his point outburst, LaVallee-Smotherman has posted a +8 rating.

GET IT ON NET

To this point in the season, the Monarchs are 15-5-1-0 when outshooting their opponents, putting them second in the ECHL in that situation. The Monarchs have only been outshot nine times all year, but five of them have come against the Railers, with the Monarchs holding a 2-3-0-0 record in those games.

SEE YA IN THE BOX

It may not be a surprise to see Yannick Turcotte in the penalty box tonight, as 20 in blue has registered 104 minutes in the bin in his 22 games. Against the Monarchs, Turcotte has been even more reckless, and has spent 46 minutes in the box, accounting for 10.95% of those games.
