MINNESOTA RETURNS SCHROEDER TO IOWAForward Rejoin AHL Club DES MOINES, IA – Minnesota Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher on Sunday announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has assigned forward Jordan Schroeder (pronounced SHRAY-duhr) to the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League (AHL). He has notched 14 points (7-7=14) in 20 games with Iowa and ranks third on the team in goals. The 5-foot-9, 184-pound native of Lakeville, Minn., recorded eight points (3-5=8) and a plus-9 rating in 25 games with Minnesota last season and owns 24 points (10-14=24) and a plus-1 rating in 92 career NHL contests with Vancouver and the Wild. Schroeder was originally selected by Vancouver in the first round (22nd overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft and wears sweater No. 10 with the Wild. The Iowa Wild heads to Milwaukee on Jan. 9 before returning home on Sunday, Jan. 10 for a 5 p.m. game against the Rockford IceHogs. The Wild hosts a postgame concert following its’ game against the San Jose Barracuda on Jan. 16. The concert is headlined by country star, CAM. The Wells Fargo Arena box office is open Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and closed on Sunday. For Saturday game days, the box office will open at 10 a.m. For Sunday game days the box office will open at 12 p.m. Fans may also purchase tickets by calling 1-844-55-HYVEE or by visiting participating Hy-Vee food stores locations in the greater Des Moines area. Those interested may also visit www.hy-veetix.com. Fans interested in buying full season, or smaller season packages may call the Iowa Wild front office at 515-564-8700. The Iowa Wild 2015-16 season is presented by Mercy Medical Center, it runs from October through April. Fans may purchase seats to see any of the team’s 38 regular season home games at Wells Fargo Arena. Season tickets to see the Wild play its 2015-16 season at Wells Fargo Arena start at just $9 per game.
