2014 Game Day Information

Aisle Policy

To make sure that other Orlando City fans don’t miss any of the action on the pitch, please refrain from walking across the walkways in front of the stands during play.


Alcohol Policy

We strongly encourage fans 21 and older to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and with help in doing so, all alcohol sales will end at the 70th minute mark of the game.


Comments and Concerns

Orlando City SC values the comments and concerns of all attendees. Fans can express their comments in person at our information booth located inside the gates. Also, fans can send written feedback to us by using the email [email protected].


Food and Beverages

Once inside the gates, there will be over 20 points of service for purchase of food and beverages.  
 
Items for sale include:
 
  • Beer
  • Soda and water
  • Concessions and food trucks


Lost or Stolen Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under certain circumstances. Please contact the Box Office 855.ORL.CITY for replacement guidelines.


Merchandise

Official Orlando City SC team merchandise is available at the team merchandise booth located on the main concourse.


Parking

Free parking is available at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.
There are multiple lots located throughout the complex.


Security Procedures

In accordance with current League Best Practices for game day security, all fans may be subject to security inspection prior to entry into an Orlando City game. The inspection will include a bag check and a physical inspection of all items brought inside the facility.
 
Prohibited items include:
 
  • Back packs
  • Duffel bags or large bags. 
  • Food, drinks, cans, bottles or glass. 
  • Video cameras
  • Coolers
  • Umbrellas
  • Whistles
  • Lasers 
  • Weapons/fireworks
  • Items that could be missiles or projectiles
  • Cameras with lenses longer than 6”
  • Pets (except assistive animals)
  • Skates, 
  • Skateboards
  • Skate-shoes 
  • And all cycles. 

Tailgating

A dedicated location has been dedicated to Orlando City fans and supporters, allowing for the tailgating tradition to continue. However, please only consume beverages out of plastic or metallic containers in the tailgate and parking areas. 

• Hours: 3:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

• Tailgating items can be dropped off before parking for your convenience. There will be dedicated valets to assist with this at the entrance.
• Allowed items include tents, coolers, food and beverages. Grills are not allowed.  Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed outside of the dedicated tailgate and parking areas. Alcohol can be consumed in the parking area but only out of plastic or metalic containers.

 

Ticketing Information

  • Season Tickets: You can still purchase season tickets by calling 855.ORL.CITY or at the Ticket Services window at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

  • Will Call: There will be a red tent outside box office. There will Orlando City staff at that tent to assist with your ticket needs.

  • Box Office: Single tickets, if available, can be purchased at the box office.

  • Ticket Services: There are two locations available for any game day information:

       Prior to entering the gates, go to the Ticket Services window at the box office .
       Once you are through the gates, go to the Orlando City info tent.
