We'll also discuss social CRM strategies that allow teams and venues to profile their fans and create marketing programs to sell more tickets and merchandise. We'll explore how to leverage Facebook.com applications, including Facebook exclusive pre-sales and offers, as well as fan engagement techniques to build your social database. Lastly, we'll share how to maximize your social commerce efforts including integration with Facebook Connect.
